Frequently asked questions. We gathered information we think will help you with our online catalogue. If you don't find your answer feel free to call us or send us an email. You can also use our contactform.

2. Search by SKU or by categories. 

3. Found your product? Hit the Add to quote button. The product is now added to the 'Add quotes' list. 

4. Finished adding products? Then go to 'My Account', 'Request a quote' page and fill in your desired quantities. We have a minimum order quantity per product. 

5. You can enter additional information in the comments field if you wish.

6. Hit the 'Submit Quote' button. 

7. You will receive an email with an offer as soon as possible, but not immediately. Your accountmanager is calculating the best prices for you.

As soon as you have sent your quotation request, it will immediately appear in our system and will be processed as quickly as possible by your contact person. Please give us some time.
The system does not send an automatic confirmation of the enquiry. You should have seen a confirmation that your enquiry is sent. You can view an overview of your sent quotation requests in your account at any time.
Unfortunately, there is no direct editing option. However, you can contact your contact person by phone or email. If he/she has not yet processed the request, he/she can incorporate changes.
The prices are our gross sales prices. They do not include any discounts, rebates, shipping options or other customer-specific data that could influence the price. This is only an indicative price, the actual price may be higher or lower. For this purpose, you will receive a personal quotation.
Lino is a wholesaler that imports and exports natural (decoration) materials and related ambience items. This means that you can only purchase products from us if you are a business customer (wholesalers, retail chains, etc.).
To best prepare for your visit and to guarantee you an available account manager on site, we ask you to make an appointment in advance.
You can call us, you can email us or you can use the contactform. It is not an automated process because we don't sell to consumers. Are you already customer of Lino then you should receive a login as soon as this online catalogue is live. Otherwise we will look into your request and answer you as soon as possible.
