1. Scope of application

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the newsletter of Lino BV and Lino GmbH, in short Lino. Lino thereby offers the interested party the opportunity to register for offers and news by means of a form on the Lino website.
1.2 The participant accepts the terms and conditions by sending the registration.
1.3 Notifications to Lino are made via info@linodroogbloemen.nl.

2. Liability

2.1 Lino does not guarantee that the newsletter service or the respective newsletter offers are available at any time and can be accessed by the interested parties or that they are free of content- or technical errors.
2.2 Lino reserves the right to terminate the newsletter service prematurely and without notifying the users if a secure and smooth delivery of the newsletter can no longer be guaranteed due to external disturbances or technical problems.

3. Consent

3.1 Interested parties can unsubscribe at the end of each newsletter and will not receive any more promotional emails from Lino after the unsubscription has been processed by the system. This does not affect any other communication with Lino or your contact person.

4. Content

4.1 The registration for the newsletter does not replace the examination of the purchase authorisation by the responsible employee at Lino. The offers sent in the newsletter are only addressed to existing customers and qualified new customers. Before your first order, it may be necessary to verify your buyer status.

5 Data protection, right of withdrawal

5.1 When collecting, processing and using personal data of the participant, Lino observes the applicable data protection law. The participant may revoke his/her consent to the storage and use of his/her data at any time by sending an email to info@linodroogbloemen.nl. With the deletion of the data, the use of the newsletter is excluded.

6. Final provisions

6.1 Deviations from these General Terms and Conditions must be made in writing in order to be effective. The same applies to the waiver of the written form requirement.
6.2 If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are or become invalid and/or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
6.3 The place of performance and jurisdiction for legal entities and merchants shall be Werkendam, insofar as an agreement to this effect is legally permissible.
